"Easy and Stress-Free Shopping"
I found what I was looking for quickly, and the pages loaded without any issues. Checkout was simple too, which I really appreciated. There weren’t any annoying popups or confusing steps getting in the way, so the whole experience felt smooth. it was such a relief when everything just worked the way it should

I bought a part from smyperformance.com, and I was kind of disappointed. Maybe I was expecting too much for the price, but the quality felt a bit cheap as soon as I opened it. The fitment wasn’t quite right, and the finish already had some marks on it straight out of the box. I kept wondering if I was being too picky, but for what I paid, I really thought it would be better. It wasn’t the absolute worst thing I’ve bought, but I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Crushed Box and Frustrating Support Loop"
The box showed up badly crushed, which was not great to see. Thankfully, the parts inside seemed to be okay, but the packaging felt careless and not very protective. I tried reaching out to support just to make sure everything was fine, but I felt like I got stuck in a loop with the same basic responses and no real help. Overall, the product made it through, but the delivery experience and support follow-up were disappointing.

"Damaged Part, But They Made It Right"
My order showed up with a busted part, which was annoying at first. I emailed SMY Performance with some pics, and they hit me back the next day. It took a bit of back and forth, and the replacement shipping wasn’t exactly speedy, but they did get it handled without making it a whole hassle. Not perfect, but fair enough. I’d order from them again, just hoping the shipping goes smoother next time.

"Decent when the parts are actually available"
I’ve ordered from them a couple of times, and they usually have the parts I’m looking for listed. The only thing is, a few times those parts weren’t actually in stock, which can be frustrating when you’re planning around it. That said, they do carry some good stuff when it’s available, so it’s not like I’ve had a terrible experience. I just wish the stock info was a little more accurate. Overall, it’s okay, not amazing, but not bad either.

I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected, or at least it felt that way. Not a huge issue, but I’m sure the process could’ve been a bit quicker.

"Fitment Was a Bit Off"
I ordered this based on the fitment info provided, but it didn’t line up quite right on my car. I ended up having to mess around with it way more than I expected, which was frustrating. At this point I’m just tired of having to chase down fixes or deal with extra hassle for stuff that’s supposed to fit. It’s not the worst thing I’ve bought, but it was definitely annoying.

The order turned out fine in the end, so I don’t really have any big complaints. I mostly pay attention to the shipping updates once I’ve ordered something, and that part felt a bit slow or unclear at times. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just expected it to feel a little smoother

I had to use the warranty for a part, and to be fair, they did get it sorted in the end. It just took more back-and-forth emails than I was expecting. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but I do wish the whole process had been quicker and a bit clearer. Still, the issue was handled, so I can’t really complain too much

I’d heard decent things about SMY Performance, so I figured I’d grab a part from them and didn’t think too much of it. The ordering process was normal, and when I reached out, they did get back to me, which I appreciated. The part did end up showing up later, so it wasn’t like the whole thing went badly or anything. I just didn’t realize until after ordering that it was backordered, and I wish the site had made the wait time a lot clearer before I checked out. Overall, not a terrible experience, just a little frustrating.

Just a heads up for anyone installing this: it went on without too much trouble overall, and the instructions were mostly clear. That said, there was one part that wasn’t explained very well and took me a bit to figure out, so don’t rush through it. Definitely read everything carefully before you get started.

"Genuine parts, no hassle"
I got the parts and they were genuine, so no issues there. I’ve had so many problems before with fake stuff, wrong items, and more fake stuff, so I was kind of expecting another headache. But this time everything checked out, fit fine, and worked fine. No complaints from me, which is rare because I usually end up complaining about these things.
